This section of the site is for work stream participants and allows access to a protected area of the site which uses the Huddle collaborative software to enable members to:
- Meet online via teleconferencing and video conferencing
- Share and manage documents (such as meeting agendas, minutes, reports, proposals etc)
- Access restricted files
- Swap ideas and chat with each other online
Each member will be given access to one or more work groups and it is the responsibility of the Group Lead (or their nominated administrator) of each of these groups to formally invite their members to join. They do this via Huddle, in order to effectively manage membership.
Any queries relating to membership should be directed to Steve Irving, Executive Officer at London Ambulance Service, who will be able to remind the Chair of the work group to formally invite their group members to use this part of the site.
