In the administration of supplemental oxygen algorithm, next to Do you know or suspect PARAQUAT or BLEOMYCIN poisoning?, an empty box appears. This is a typing error. The box should read: Patients with PARAQUAT or BLEOMYCIN poisoning may be harmed by supplemental oxygen so avoid oxygen unless the patient is hypoxic.|
