Today sees the first quarterly publication from the CQC under the banner ‘Regulating for Better Care’ and the focus is on Ambulance Trusts.
Following the unannounced spot checks of Ambulance Trusts by the CQC late last year, three case studies are highlighted here. The good news is that the publication is quite positive, highlights areas of good practice and really focuses on improvements Trusts have made following inspection.
