The DH announced today the start of stakeholder engagement with regard to non-medical prescribing responsibilities for paramedic practitioners.
ALF members are encouraged to consider the proposals and give their opinions on this important topic. Following recommendations in Taking Health Care to the Patient for prescribing responsibilities to be ‘actively explored’ it has taken a lot of work to get this far. Follow the link here
