Supporting our colleagues in the Ambulance Sector

Throughout 2020 and 2021, AACE and partners including the College of Paramedics, NHS Horizons and the National Ambulance BME Forum, have held a number of Zoom calls to which we have invited all ambulance employees.

The sessions – which addressed various challenging topics ranging from end of life care to stamping out racism; mental health and wellbeing to equity in BME care – were put together with the intention of raising awareness and enhancing understanding for staff across all parts of the ambulance sector.

During each session we heard from speakers with expertise, knowledge and experience in that particular field.  We also provided the opportunity for colleagues to reflect on what they heard, and to share their own thoughts and views.

For those who were unable to attend or would simply like a refresher, we’ve collated them all here.
