Session Information
This session introduces a co designed post incident support toolkit created with ambulance staff informed by clinical supervision following major events.
Underpinned by research and evidence based processes, the toolkit directly responds to the factors staff identify as causing the greatest psychological harm, promoting environments where people can process their experiences safely and continue to thrive at work.
The workshop will explore how locally developed, staff led initiatives can become sustainable and accessible when adopted through the AACE portfolio for wider system learning and dissemination.
It also highlights the critical role of authentic leadership in reducing psychosocial risks and enabling resilient, high performing ambulance services.
