Session Information

This is a National Ambulance Diversity and Inclusion Forum (NADIF) hosted session to consider how we can collectively make the ambulance sector less impervious to equality, diversity and inclusion.

The purpose of this session is three-fold:

  1. To bring together individuals who are leading on EDI and its many components across the ambulance sector and celebrate their efforts and commitment to this agenda.
  2. To collectively consider how we can make EDI more mainstream within the sector – on both trust and national levels.
  3. To galvanise our collective and individual efforts – for our patients and service users, as well as employees, volunteers and students.

This session will hear from:

Daniel Elekeles, CEO, London Ambulance Service
Anna Parry, Managing Director, AACE
Anton Emmanuel, Lead for the workforce race equality scheme (WRES), Welsh Government
