Chris Nightingale leads PA Consulting’s work in the ambulance sector.  With over 20 years of experience in healthcare consulting, Chris has worked alongside five different ambulance trusts on more than 50 projects.

His expertise spans performance improvement, productivity analysis, business planning, workforce planning, and strategy development.  Chris has experience working with all frontline and support services, including core ambulance response, EOC and CAS development, 111 and UCCH services, fleet and make ready, estates planning, and IT/BI strategy.

Chris holds a master’s degree in Operational Research from Warwick Business School and is a qualified CIMA management accountant.
