Jason is Chief Executive of London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, leading the delivery of 999 and 111 services across the UK’s capital. He previously served as Chief Executive of the Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust (2018–2025) and, before that, as Chief Executive of the South Australian Ambulance Service.

His career spans three decades, beginning as an Emergency Medical Technician and progressing through senior leadership roles, including Executive Director of Operations at London Ambulance Service.

Jason is passionate about high‑quality, safe and effective patient care, delivered by a skilled, engaged and healthy workforce. He is an Honorary Professor at Swansea University’s School of Human and Health Sciences, was awarded the King’s Ambulance Service Medal in 2023, and became Chair of the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives in 2024.
