Louise is Chief Pharmacist at South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, providing strategic leadership for medicines governance, workforce development and system transformation across pre‑hospital and urgent care.

Her Senior Leadership Apprenticeship strengthened her focus on culture, collaboration and innovation, supporting the development of a dedicated ambulance pharmacy service. Nationally, she is a member of JRCALC and Chair of its Medicines Governance Group, leading the development of national medicines monographs and promoting consistency and transparency in guidance.

Recognised for her strategic insight and commitment to professional excellence, Louise is driving the modernisation of pharmacy within ambulance services.
