Chief Executive (interim)
Northern Ireland Ambulance Service
Maxine was appointed Chief Executive of the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service in April 2025, having previously served as Deputy Chief Executive from 2023.
She became Director of Planning, Performance and Corporate Services in 2020 after joining the Health and Social Care system via the Business Services Organisation, where she held senior roles in HR and Finance Shared Services.
Before entering public service, Maxine worked in operational management within the shipping and logistics sector.
She holds a degree in Business Management and a postgraduate diploma in Contact Centre Management.
