Chief Executive
East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust
Neill became Chief Executive of the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust in September 2024.
He brings extensive senior NHS experience and a strong understanding of urgent and emergency care, including the work of ambulance services.
Before joining the Trust, he was Director of System Recovery at Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board and Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, and previously Director of Urgent and Emergency Care Tiering Support at NHS England.
From 2018 to 2023, Neill served as Managing Director and Deputy Chief Executive at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
