Head of Service, 111 WAST
Pete is the current Head of Service for 111 within the Welsh Ambulance Service. As a single national provider for all 111 within Wales the role has leadership responsibility for the teams across Wales delivering high quality and performing services.
Having worked across UK the Pete has a background in operations, EPRR and service transformation both within a number of ambulance providers and NHS England.
Pete is a graduate of the NHS Leadership Academy’s Elizabeth Garret Anderson Programme and holds a range of post graduate qualifications in healthcare leadership and emergency preparedness. Pete has also been a visiting university lecturer in crisis management politics.
