Sarah has been with the Welsh Ambulance Service for over 20 years, bringing a creative and people-focused approach to her work. Passionate about both WAST and the people within it, Sarah is dedicated to supporting colleagues through change in ways that are engaging, meaningful and sustainable.
Always seeking to amplify colleague voices and embrace diversity of thought, Sarah champions approaches that make change feel less like something done to people and more like something shaped with them. As an APMG and Prosci-accredited practitioner, Sarah blends structure with flexibility, ensuring change is both well-planned and adaptable to real-world challenges.
