Helen is responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic direction for ambulance sector volunteering.
Helen has worked in the ambulance sector and health and social care regulation for over 16 years. She has extensive personal experience as a volunteer and in volunteer leadership roles within the ambulance sector and other voluntary sector organisations.
Helen has worked in operational management, project management and compliance in both the NHS and voluntary ambulance sector and has also spent 8 years working in healthcare regulation.
