Joe joined AACE in February 2024 and led on the development of Phase 2 of the national ambulance volunteering strategy.
He brings a wealth of volunteering management expertise, having led volunteering services in the NHS, higher education, and the corporate and community sectors.
He has worked to shape volunteering policy nationally and internationally.
