National Strategic Lead for OHCA / Advanced Paramedic Critical Care
AACE / EEAST
Liam is the National Lead for Out‑of‑Hospital Cardiac Arrest at AACE, funded by NHS Charities Together. He is also an Advanced Paramedic in Critical Care, working clinically for East of England Ambulance Service and East Anglian Air Ambulance.
He has driven sector‑wide improvements in cardiac arrest care, with a strong focus on reducing inequalities, and has supported trusts through the Community Resilience Grant Funding programme.
Within EEAST, Liam led a UK‑first project using GoodSAM live video to guide bystanders during CPR. He has published research, presented nationally and internationally, and volunteers with Suffolk Accident Rescue Service.
