Assistant Director for Organisational Development SCAS
Nicky’s career has taken an emergent and self-directed path from speech & language therapist to clinical scientist in paediatric audiology to organisational development consultant. The connecting thread is a passion for authentic communication, building relationships, straddling boundaries and achieving potential.
She is a strong champion and ambassador for difference, belonging, courage and compassion where “clear is kind and unclear is unkind” (Brene Brown 2018). She has been the OD lead for SCAS since Sept 2018 and the CALNAS Chair since April 2023.
Nicky also works in the wider NHS system as an OD practitioner, executive coach and coach supervisor.
