Director of Strategy and Transformation LAS
Roger Davidson is Director of Strategy and Transformation at London Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
His current portfolio includes: strategy development and implementation; communications, engagement and public education; equality, diversity and inclusion.
Roger previously worked for NHS England on the creation of 42 integrated care systems covering every part of the country – these become statutory entities in April 2022.
He was the organisation’s first director of communications, helping with the NHS Five Year Forward View and a series of follow up transformation programmes.
Prior to this Roger held senior communications and public affairs roles at the NHS Confederation, Care Quality Commission, Confederation of British Industry and Oxfam.
