I am the national NHS England Director responsible for ambulance services, NHS 111 and Urgent Treatment Centres.

I have previously worked at national level on various aspects of the urgent and emergency care pathway, as well as on Covid vaccinations and testing.

I spent my early career as an analyst in Government, before moving to the Department of Health, and then on to NHS England.
