User Experience & Assurance Manager ARP
Dave currently works as a User Experience & Assurance Manager at the NHS Ambulance Radio Programme. As part of that role, he has led on the operational assurance of the dispatch data systems in ambulances and their compliance with current regulations.
Other workstreams include the operational assurance of Emergency Service Network coverage and devices across the Home Office Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme.
He previously worked for Yorkshire Ambulance Service as a paramedic, progressing to special operations and advisor roles before joining the emergency preparedness team.
