Monica France is Programme Manager within the Digital Transformation team at NHS Arden & GEM CSU.
Monica is particularly focused on Change Management and has recently led several national programmes of work including the Complete Care Community Programme and Reconnect Care after Custody Evaluation, plus was a key contributor in the Global Digital Exemplar programme.
Working in PCTs and the Acute sector Monica also has significant contracting, commissioning and service redesign experience across the NHS.
