Session Information
In 2021 NHSE published a national review of NEPTS, making over 20 recommendations. It was the first time there had been any national focus on the service.
This session provides an overview of the review as well as information on how the national NHSE NEPTS team is working to influence providers, commissioners and regions to improve NEPTS for the benefit of the wider system.
NEPTS has significant strategic importance at system level in terms of delivery, productivity and efficiency, it’s time to drive that forward.
