Proper investment in workforce wellbeing has the potential to save money in the long run, while improving the safety and quality of patient care.

We cannot manage what we do not measure, proper longitudinal monitoring of staff well-being is necessary.

The NHS cannot properly care for its patients if it does not care for its staff. There is a moral case and a business case for greater investment in staff well-being.
