Kerry is an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development professional with experience across a range of sectors, including Health, Adult Education and Local Government. Kerry is professionally qualified at Masters level in Strategic Human Resources Management; holds a First Class (Hons) Degree in Business Management; is qualified in the application and interpretation of a range of psychometric tools; and a qualified Coach and Mentor.

Kerry is the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development at East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust; Chair of the National Ambulance Human Resource Directors Group; and the Director lead representing AACE in the collaborative drive to improve mental health and wellbeing and prevent suicide in the Ambulance workforce.
