Matt is a Chartered Accountant with extensive advisory experience in accountancy practice and corporate banking before joining YAS as Head of Financial Strategy. He worked closely with Lord Carter’s team at NHSI to develop the ‘Carter Review’ before joining the national team to lead on delivering productivity and efficiency-based improvements, including the first national specification and procurement of a DCA.

Having been part of the NEPTS transformation and the tender response team at YAS, Matt was excited to take on the role of leading NHSE’s national NEPTS team.

He is committed to developing the role of NEPTS within systems and highlighting the strategic importance of the service to raise its profile within ICBs, regions and nationally.
