Bron brings a fresh perspective to a well needed conversation about misogyny and sexual safety in the workplace. Currently working for the Welsh Ambulance Service and AACE, Bron is leading work to bring about cultural reform and improved consistency, throughout the sector.

Also the Founder of Ambulance Voices, a safe space for those affected, Bron is building empowering communities free of shame and fear to bring about positive change, and affiliating Senior Leaders with lived experience.

Beyond the ambulance sector, Bron is connected with multi-agency partners including the Police, Fire, MOD and health boards.

Lead Author of a national consensus statement and supporting interventions, Bron’s work with AACE and WAST has received national recognition.
