We were delighted to welcome nearly 200 people from across the UK NHS ambulance service to our women in leadership webinar at the beginning of March. We invited women, those who identify as women and male allies.
We heard from inspiring women leaders from across the ambulance service and discussed a number of important topics during breakout discussions, these included: imposter syndrome; sexual safety; flexible working; women’s health; being an upstander / active bystander; how we improve; lift as you climb; and male allyship.
