Road Safety Week

Road Safety Week is a national campaign that we are supporting to ask drivers in the South Central region to sign up to a number of pledges to help reduce deaths and injuries on our roads. These include – slowing down, staying sober, avoiding distractions whilst driving (i.e. don’t use your phone) and always wearing a seatbelt.

Alexandra Dill, Clinical Mentor, Wexham Resource Centre

Alex is urging people to slow down this Road Safety Week and pledge to do the following:

“I’ll stay under limits and slow down to 20mph around schools, homes and shops to protect others. I’ll slow right down for bends, brows and bad weather, and avoid overtaking.”
