Convulsions in Children: Clarification on Transport/Discharge Procedure

Description: Wording is clarified: ‘Children who have recovered from a convulsion, who are known to have epilepsy, have followed their normal pattern and have not required more than one dose of medication do not need to be transported if they are otherwise well and this is consistent with their care plan. A responsible adult must be with the child.’
