The ninth edition of Keeping PAACE, our quarterly update for ambulance service employees and volunteers, is now available for download.
For this winter edition we cover the following topics:
- The AACE vision for the NHS ambulance sector – what we think the healthcare landscape will look like in the future and how ambulance services will need to adapt to play their full part.
- TASC’s phoneline success – the ground-breaking 24-hour crisis phoneline has helped 410 people during some of the most challenging times of their lives, in just its first year of operation. TASC’s collaboration with AACE and the ambulance services has been instrumental in making the first year a success.
- The AACE cultural calendar – our updated cultural calendar is an aid to support ambulance service employees and volunteers to appreciate and recognise the vibrancy we see around us and in the communities we serve. It is interactive, with links which will take you to more information about the dates included.
- The ambulance volunteering dashboard – during 2023 AACE has been developing a new national ambulance volunteering dashboard. It has been designed to share information about who volunteers for ambulance services and the impact they have through their volunteering.
