GoodSAM is a highly advanced digital platform providing alerting, dispatching, video, location, lone working and specialist functions to the emergency services. GoodSAM is used as the UK National Cardiac Arrest volunteer alerting system, the NHS Volunteer system and nationally by 111 for video assessment of patients.
Our pathways module enables paramedics to get instant opinions from specialists such as the local stroke team. The platform is also used by 40 of the 43 UK police services where it is radically changing the management of many incidents and increasing arrest rates 3 fold (for domestic violence) and 4 fold for non-acute calls.
