Andrew Cratchley has extensive experience in the private, voluntary and public sector operating for over 25 years at executive level in the NHS.
In addition to executive and leadership roles in UK and international ambulance services, Andrew has worked in a range of organisations throughout healthcare supporting executives and boards in transformational change projects, often in difficult and challenging situations and environments.
Andrew is vastly experienced in working in and understanding new environments and works with colleagues to ensure that the resulting outputs are fit for purpose and are delivered and sustained through people in the organisation.
Andrew is a qualified coach and experienced mentor providing challenge, advice and guidance in a supportive framework.
