Staff from Welsh Ambulance Service share their personal mental health experiences in candid film

Following on from a very successful World Mental Health Day, members of staff from the Welsh Ambulance Service share their personal mental health experiences, and provide an insight into what has helped them to live with or overcome their individual struggles.

It’s a very open, personal and moving film, and effectively illustrates the key objectives of the World Federation for Mental Health:

  • To heighten public awareness about the importance of mental health, and to gain understanding and improve attitudes about mental disorders.
  • To promote mental health and prevent mental disorders.
  • To improve the care, treatment and recovery of people with mental disorders.

We would urge you to share this widely.
