The fifth edition of Keeping PAACE, our quarterly update for ambulance service employees and volunteers, is now available for download.
For this winter edition we cover the following topics:
- A new year message of thanks to all ambulance employees from AACE Chair Daren Mochrie – also reinforcing AACE’s commitment to supporting trusts to deliver the best care they can.
- The nationwide Infection, Protection and Control survey for ambulance staff and volunteers – a summary of the key findings.
- The 2021-22 AACE Annual Report – with a particular focus on the work of our national director groups and their sub-groups in keeping people connected, supported, and informed during the pandemic.
- The successful launch of TASC’s Suicide Prevention Phoneline – the new service that has been made possible by funding from NHS England and has been commissioned and co-designed by AACE on behalf of the NHS ambulance sector.
