Ambulance Leadership Forum 2021 – Review

‘Responding to new challenges and opportunities’

The global pandemic forced many changes in the way that organisations operate and communicate with their key stakeholders. As such, this year’s annual Ambulance Leadership Forum (ALF) was held online, on Tuesday 18 May, 2021.

Once again the spotlight was firmly on UK ambulance services as the fight to meet current challenges and improve clinical outcomes continues against a backdrop of rising demand that shows no signs of slowing, a key issue compounded by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The core topics for ALF 2021 aligned with AACE’s three strategic priorities: supporting trusts to become providers of choice; employers of choice; and partners of choice.  With an extensive range of subjects and updates – and a first-rate line-up of speakers – delegates accessed content that was particularly topical or relevant to their role.

For those who were unable to attend or would simply like a refresher, we’ve collated all of the key ALF 2021 presentations below.
