The Association of Ambulance Chief Executives (AACE) has welcomed the recent RAC report into Young Driver Safety, which aims to address the issue of the disproportionately high rate of fatalities and casualties among drivers aged 17 – 25 years.
The report reflects a collation of evidence around a wide range of influencing factors and seeks to learn lessons from other jurisdictions where interventions have been found to make a significant difference.
