As Black History Month 2024 draws to a close, the anti-racism spotlight for October 2024 hears the voices of colleagues affected by the violent disorder this summer.
They tell us candidly about the impact the violence had on them, their families and communities, but they also talk about the positive support they received from ambulance trusts and colleagues and what more we can do together to build anti-racist organisations and communities.
