Chief Executive of NHS Improvement visits NEAS ambulance headquarters

The new head of NHS Improvement has paid an introductory visit to NEAS headquarters. Ian Dalton, who became chief executive of NHS Improvement in December last year, met with chief executive Yvonne Ormston and chief operating officer Paul Liversidge before visiting the Emergency Operations Centre and meeting the call handling and dispatch teams.
