Bron brings a fresh perspective to a well needed conversation about misogyny and sexual safety in the workplace.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Bron’s experience within the people profession, and passion for improved sexual safety, is enabling an empowered community throughout the ambulance sector to be amplifying the voices of those affected and advocating change.

Currently working for the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives, Bron is leading a national ambulance programme of work to bring about cultural maturity, the prevention of sexualised behaviours and alignment with the NHS England Sexual Safety Charter.

Lead Author of a national consensus statement and supporting interventions, Bron’s work within the ambulance sector has received national recognition. Also Co-Chairing a National Ambulance Sexual Safety Community of Practice, facilitating the sectors first people professional development programme, a regular speaker in national forums and creator of a guide to understanding resistance. Bron is also an opinion contributor to People Management and outside of work sits on the Board of Trustees for a women’s charity.

Beyond the ambulance sector, Bron is connected with multi-agency partners including the Police, Fire, MOD and healthcare organisations.
