Justin is a highly experienced, clinically focused, transformative leader with demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams. A registered clinician with over 30 years experience in both Traditional and High-Performance ambulance systems globally, he brings a patient focused approach to change.
Whilst in London Ambulance, Justin led the transformation of support functions at the world’s busiest ambulance service delivering more than £30m efficiencies and the release of thousands of hours of clinical time back to the frontline care.
Justin was architect of LAS’ response focused Make Ready / Estates transformation programme as well as the lead for Logistical / Operational Response to Covid in the Capital. More recently he was part of an International team redesigning national ambulance services in GCC valued at $1billion +.
Closer to home, Justin oversaw introduction of innovative technology – digitising systems supporting improved supply chain management, quality and patient outcome – linking back-office teams to frontline patient care.
His innovative approach to lean system design has repeatedly seen net gains in performance, patient experience, staff satisfaction, quality, reliability & efficiency meeting the needs of any modern ambulance service.
