Supporting our colleagues in the Ambulance Sector
Since 2020, AACE and partners including the College of Paramedics, NHS Horizons and the National Ambulance BME Forum, have held a number of Zoom calls to which all ambulance employees were welcome to attend.
The sessions – which addressed various challenging topics ranging from end of life care to stamping out racism; mental health and wellbeing to equity in BME care – were put together with the intention of raising awareness and enhancing understanding for staff across all parts of the ambulance sector.
