Emergency Responders (ERs) are trained volunteers who attend a range of emergency calls in charity-funded blue light vehicles and work under London Ambulance Service management and policies. They also work alongside crews in ambulances.
If you’re interested in volunteering, you’ll need to be physically fit and healthy, over the age of 18 and a car owner with full UK driving licence.
All our patient facing volunteer roles are subject to an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) check and all necessary training is provided.
