Following six months of engagement with ambulance volunteers and ambulance trust staff AACE launched the first National Ambulance Volunteering Strategy in January 2023.
The strategy demonstrates AACE’s commitment to supporting and enhancing volunteering opportunities in the ambulance sector and recognises the significant benefits volunteering brings to patients, staff, trusts and volunteers themselves.
All ambulance trusts have signed up to the new strategy which has been published on one single page, so it is easily accessible. It can be found here.
