AACE are pleased to share the results of our first ever national volunteering survey. The survey was completed by nearly 2500 volunteers from across the country, and provides the first national picture of the volunteering experience in the ambulance service.

Your feedback and insights are immensely important to us. We are working hard to ensure that volunteering in the ambulance service is a high-quality, rewarding experience.
We reviewed these results at our national volunteering workshop in May 2024, and we used them during the development of the next phase of the national volunteering strategy.
