This December we are shining the spotlight on Unison’s Anti Racism Charter which commits organisations and their leaders to a raft of pledges designed to prevent all forms of conscious and unconscious racial bias.
Glenn Carrington, Unison Branch Chairperson, State Registered Paramedic and Branch Black members officer at East of England Ambulance Service, spoke at the National Ambulance Diversity and Inclusion Forum (NADIF) in December and has shared his slides here to show the work already undertaken and to explain the importance of this charter.
