These volunteers help shape the way the ambulance service communicates with the public. These volunteers give members of the public a voice and the chance to have their views acted upon. This role offers the opportunity to influence service developments and improvements.
Volunteers attend regular meetings either in person or on-line to discuss issues as well as share views on specific areas of interest including policies, staff welfare and operational needs.
If you’re interested in volunteering, you’ll need to be over the age of 16 and able to empathise with and reflect a range of different perspectives when sharing options.
