Mark Gough has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer at East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS).
Mark is currently the Service Delivery Director (Operations) with the West Midlands Ambulance Service and has over 22 years experience in operational and support service roles. He is a HCPC registered paramedic.
EMAS Chief Executive Phil Milligan said of the appointment: “Mark will join us on 28 May 2013 and play a pivotal role in making the changes we need to make for EMAS to ‘Be the Best’. His appointment means we will have a qualified paramedic sitting on the EMAS Board.”
Until Mark joins EMAS, Sheila Cascarino will continue her interim duties.
